ECG Challenge: Recurring Chest Pain in the Hospital

A 58-year-old woman experiences prolonged chest discomfort. The episode has resolved by the time she is seen in the emergency department. She is admitted to the hospital. Several hours later, her chest pain recurs along with diaphoresis and shortness of breath. A 12-lead ECG is obtained.
