The Feasibility of a PM System: Ethics & Fair Marketing of the Vision

The vision for incorporating PM as an integrated component of the broader health system is an ambitious one. As we seek investments from private individual donors, foundations, governments and industry players, we need to examine the extent to which the marketing message represents a feasible vision or an unattainable dream, or more realistically, something in between.[16–18] There are ethical considerations in how we present the vision of PM, especially as we appeal to funders and make promises to patients.
