  • Salivary gland enlargement
  • Regional or generalized lymphadenopathy
  • Hepatosplenomegaly
  • Palpable purpura
  • Leukopenia
  • Renal insufficiency
  • Loss of a previously positive polyclonal gammopathy
  • Development of a monoclonal gammopathy or a monoclonal cryoglobulinemia
  • RF positivity
  • Anti-SSA/SSB positivity
  • Hypocomplementemia
