Staging of sarcoidosis is as follows:

  • Stage 0: Normal chest radiographic findings

  • Stage I: Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy

  • Stage II: Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy and infiltrates

  • Stage III: Infiltrates alone

  • Stage IV: Fibrosis
