Other possible manifestations are as follows:

  • Osseous involvement

  • Heart failure from cardiomyopathy (rare)

  • Heart block and sudden death

  • Lymphocytic meningitis (rare)

  • Cranial nerve palsies and hypothalamic/pituitary dysfunction (rare)
