Answer

Answer

The CD4+ T-cell count in patients with HIVAN is usually depressed below 200 cells/µL, but HIVAN has been reported in patients with higher CD4 counts. The prognosis for renal survival is worse in patients with AIDS, especially if their CD4 count is less than 50 cells/µL. [13]
