  • Drugs - Penicillins, cephalosporins, NSAIDs, proton-pump inhibitors, allopurinol, rifampin, indinavir, mesalamine, sulfonamides [7]
  • Infection - Pyelonephritis, viral nephritides
  • Systemic disease - Sjögren syndrome, sarcoid, lupus, lymphoma, leukemia, tubulonephritis, uveitis
