Answer

Answer

Primary systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) represents 2-8% of adult non-Hodgkin lymphoma cases and as many as 30% of childhood non-Hodgkin lymphoma cases. [23, 24, 25, 26] Primary cutaneous ALCL is demonstrated in 9% of cutaneous lymphomas.

ALCL constitutes approximately 2% of all lymphomas and approximately 9% of high-grade lymphomas in the Kiel registry. It represents approximately 12% of childhood lymphomas and 70% of large cell pediatric lymphomas.
