Answer

Neuromuscular Blockers, Depolarizing

Succinylcholine (Anectine, Quelicin)

Succinylcholine causes paralysis of airway and respiratory muscles; apnea ensues. Establishing and maintaining an airway and ventilation are mandatory prerequisites.
