Nonsurgical therapy may be helpful in many cases of ulnar neuropathy. If conservative therapy fails, surgical treatment is warranted, typically involving one of the following procedures [138, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147] :

  • Decompression in situ

  • Decompression with anterior transposition (subcutaneous, intramuscular, or submuscular)

  • Medial epicondylectomy
