Punctate porokeratosis presents as multiple, asymptomatic, tiny, hyperkeratotic papules with thin, raised margins developing on the palms and the soles during adulthood. Some authors consider this to be a forme fruste of porokeratosis palmaris et plantaris disseminata (PPPD), rather than a separate entity. [64]
